Enterprise Performance Management Specialist

As an Enterprise Performance Management Specialist, you'll be part of our EPM Systems Team, working to streamline processes and remove barriers for our partners across finance and the broader business. You'll design, develop, and test applications in and around the Oracle Suite, using your analytical skills to drive business growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving support issues for our fast-paced enterprise performance management platform.
  • Troubleshooting problems with software applications and recommending corrective action.
  • Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Performing analyses of business goals, objectives, and needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Planning and designing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilizing systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.

What you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience analyzing business goals, objectives, and needs.
  • Experience using Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Narrative Reporting, or Alteryx.
