Your Role:

As our Dental Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our owner doctor and regional support to develop and implement growth strategies for the dental practice.
  • Team Empowerment: Facilitate meetings that inspire and empower the practice team to embrace a growth mindset, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Patient Experience Enhancement: Innovate and implement initiatives to elevate the patient experience, driving patient loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Financial Partnership: Execute strategies to optimize revenue, improve billing processes, and explore new collections opportunities.
  • Marketing: Explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance new patients and patient engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and coaching opportunities.
  • Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team.
  • Provide operational support to the team and vendors.
  • Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPAA regulations.
  • Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community.
  • Create an open-door culture with the team.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
  • Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or a similar role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in providing effective leadership by inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster clear and concise information exchange with all staff.
  • Proven track record of promoting seamless collaboration and teamwork amongst multiple stakeholders.
