About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Scottsburg Dental Care. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Greeting and Check-in: Welcome patients to our office, verify their information, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Utilize our dental software to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Insurance and Billing: Process patient insurance claims, verify benefits, and communicate with patients regarding payment options and outstanding balances.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in dental software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
