Customer Service Ambassador - Spanish Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain work order files and formulas with precision
  • Assist in maintaining presentable store areas and suggesting ways to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish
  • Able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
