Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an inpatient environment. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice, with a focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive patient outcomes and improve quality of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a patient-centered approach.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and advance professional growth.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
