About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef & Food Services Director to join our team at Juniper Preserve.

This is a unique opportunity to lead our culinary team and develop menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our food services operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.

You will need excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with our staff, management team, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu planning strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and control food inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, diversity, and respect for all employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary roles, preferably in high-volume restaurants or resorts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Detailed knowledge of menu engineering, pricing, and inventory management
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business results
Compensation
  • Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $125,000
  • Bonus structure tied to performance metrics and revenue growth
