CenterWell Home Health is looking to appoint a Senior Market Finance Analyst within the Finance division. This position will collaborate closely with Finance, Provider Contracting, Provider Engagement, Actuarial, and Medicare Risk Adjustment teams to support our mission of partnering with providers to empower our members towards optimal health.
- Utilizes advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, or other data platforms to extract information, develop key performance reports, create data visualizations, and conduct comprehensive data analysis.
- Communicates clear insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Regional Leadership to transform financial and operational data into succinct, actionable information that informs managerial decisions.
- Develops and maintains data models for various ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitors various utilization reports and acts as a primary responder to emerging trends.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAS or SQL
- At least 2 years' experience in data analysis
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or background in Actuarial Science
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage

- To ensure effective performance, associates working from home or in a hybrid model must have internet service that meets the following criteria:

The salary range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. The range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications: $76,800 - $105,800 per year.
