- Oversee the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to 340B Drug Discount Program and California Board of Pharmacy licensure.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
- Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of previous retail pharmacy/community clinic pharmacy experience.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
