Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Inwood National Bank. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Human Resources Department by managing the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting is preferred. Prior banking or finance experience is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to coordinating interviews.
  • Process employment applications and manage all onboarding tasks.
  • Create and ensure job postings are current and compliant.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers on all aspects of the process.
  • Maintain and update employee organizational charts for recruitment and audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Prior banking or finance experience is a plus.
  • General knowledge of HR compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desired.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
