As a Hearing Care Provider, you will play a pivotal role in conducting thorough hearing assessments for adults, fitting hearing devices, and providing ongoing support and education to ensure optimal solutions for hearing loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care and uphold strong community relations.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations.
  • Implement treatment strategies through effective counseling and education.
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with clinical administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and community outreach activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient and business information.
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct ear wax removal procedures.
  • Provide counseling on tinnitus management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's or Doctorate in Audiology or equivalent.
  • Possession of an active WA Dispensing license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Proven sales abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and energetic.
  • Passionate about audiology and highly organized.
