Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Warm Beach Senior Community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services, including medication management, wound care, and resident education.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of all occurrences and coordination with the care team.
• Process incoming orders for medications, treatments, and home health services, ensuring proper transcription and delivery of medications.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with Assisted Living regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
Requirements:
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Washington.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic medical records and Assisted Living laws.
• At least two years of experience in an Assisted Living setting, with a focus on resident care and services.
• Excellent assessment and implementation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
