Descripción General del Puesto:

El Asociado de Operaciones Financieras desempeñará un papel fundamental en la gestión y procesamiento de facturas de proveedores, asegurando pagos puntuales y manteniendo registros financieros precisos. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento de los principios contables, habilidades organizativas excepcionales y la capacidad de prosperar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Revisar y verificar facturas y solicitudes de pago
  • Clasificar, codificar y emparejar facturas
  • Preparar facturas para su pago
  • Ingresar y cargar facturas en el sistema
  • Rastrear gastos y procesar informes de gastos en Quickbooks
  • Preparar y procesar transferencias electrónicas y pagos
  • Conciliar transacciones de cuentas por pagar
  • Monitorear cuentas para asegurar que los pagos estén actualizados
  • Investigar y resolver discrepancias y problemas de facturación
  • Mantener archivos de proveedores y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa
  • Asistir en el cierre de fin de mes
  • Proporcionar documentación de apoyo para auditorías
  • Comunicar con proveedores y departamentos internos para resolver problemas y responder consultas

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia comprobada en cuentas por pagar o un rol similar
  • Comprensión sólida de la contabilidad y principios de contabilidad básicos
  • Capacidad demostrada para calcular, registrar y gestionar cifras contables y registros financieros
  • Habilidades de entrada de datos junto con una afinidad por los números
  • Experiencia práctica con hojas de cálculo y software propietario
  • Dominio de MS Office, especialmente Excel y QuickBooks Online
  • Alto grado de precisión y atención al detalle
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo
  • Experiencia en la industria de energía renovable es un plus
