Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Romantix, America's premier adult toy retailer. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and driving sales through effective merchandising and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and acknowledging every guest genuinely
  • Approach and offer assistance to every guest, offering personalized product recommendations and solutions
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness throughout the property, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
  • Proactively seek opportunities to up sell and add-on additional merchandise, enhancing the guest's experience
  • Proactively patrol the property to prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, communicating them to the appropriate individuals
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
  • Complete assigned duties and tasks, following applicable company policies and procedures
  • Ensure and use safe practices at all times
Requirements
  • Prefer 2 years retail customer service experience
  • Computer Literacy (Operating in a PC environment)
  • Must meet licensing requirements where applicable

Physical Requirements

This role requires bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive tasks. Sales Associates must be able to lift and handle objects weighing 50lbs or more in a safe manner, as well as standing for up to 100% of their shift.
