Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Delivery and Installation: Ensure timely and professional delivery of merchandise, including installation and setup as required.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the maintenance of inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the backroom and company vehicle.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, delivery, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent travel to customers' homes and stores. Must be able to work in a variety of conditions, including changing weather, stairs, and uneven surfaces.

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour
