Vacasa is seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a General Manager in South Yarmouth, MA. As a key member of our Operations leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties in the Cape Cod area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of a specific portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet Vacasa's high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Owner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing proactive communication and expert guidance to ensure their properties are well cared for.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of operations staff, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet Vacasa's standards and metrics.
  • Financial Management: Manage a budget for your portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analyses to optimize efficiency.
  • Guest and Owner Support: Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals, and perform occasional housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed.
  • Travel and Transportation: Frequent travel between worksites is required, and a reliable vehicle is necessary for this role.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including hardware and software applications.
  • Availability: Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
