Position Overview: The Promotional Marketing Coordinator will support local marketing initiatives within the Mercer County area, manage in-house promotional materials, and contribute to the development of engaging content for various social media channels.

The ideal candidate should possess some experience in the fields of sports, marketing, or hospitality.

This position will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing & Group Ticketing Coordinator to enhance promotional activities for upcoming events at the CURE Arena & Patriots Theatre at the War Memorial.

This role offers an hourly compensation of $15.13.

For Part-Time Positions:
Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials within the local Mercer County area to increase awareness of upcoming events and venues.

Develop content for social media platforms, including video reels and promotional clips.

Update both static and digital marketing materials throughout the venue.

Contribute ideas for artist gifting initiatives.

Perform additional marketing-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Current Junior or Senior student pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications.
Familiarity with design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
