Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and refine a cloud security governance framework to promote the secure utilization of cloud services.
  • Develop and uphold cloud security processes that align with the cloud operating model, addressing governance and risk management aspects.
  • Conduct thorough security evaluations, protection requirements, and risk assessments of cloud platforms.
  • Formulate tailored strategies to enhance security levels and create templates for risk mitigation.
  • Engage with emerging cloud technologies, ensuring their secure deployment.
  • Contribute to the formulation of DevSecOps strategies and collaborate closely with various IT teams.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-9 years of hands-on experience in IT, specifically in Cloud Security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing security protocols for cloud environments.
  • Practical experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command Center.
  • Proficient in conducting security evaluations, risk assessments, and developing security frameworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Expertise in managing cloud security controls, including identity and access management, encryption, network security, and data protection.
  • Strong awareness of prevalent security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors in cloud settings.
  • Proven ability to balance business requirements with security priorities, making informed risk-based decisions.
