About the Role:

Epsilon is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructures, including domestic and international data centers. This role involves managing server environments, implementing security best practices, and supporting system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.

Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and patch management processes.

Support virtualization environments, including VMware and Hyper-V, to optimize resource utilization.

Implement security measures, including access control, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

Manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and ensure effective backup and recovery operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, with hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux environments.

Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy in large-scale environments.

Strong experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.

Skilled in storage management, including SAN and NAS solutions, and backup/recovery operations.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.

Experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform for system configuration and management.

Knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, or DISA STIG compliance.
