About the Role

CampusPoint is seeking a highly skilled Health Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service and client support, ensuring seamless interactions with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Sales team, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and participate in benefit fairs, open enrollment presentations, and other client-facing events.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, appointing brokers and processing appointments through the appropriate State Insurance Office.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Update Dynamics CRM, retain critical documentation, and analyze account information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot group challenges, balancing the needs of both the Company and the account.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales, with a focus on employee benefits.
  • Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel overnight and work extended hours during critical times, dependent upon business needs.
