Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Establish project parameters, delegate tasks to the most qualified staff, and supervise the project team to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, represent them on-site, and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Conduct quality control assessments on budgets, schedules, plans, and staff performance, and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and maintain communication with the project manager and team members, work with senior engineers to enhance project efficiency, and ensure profitability.
  • Assess engineering tasks and implement necessary corrective measures to ensure project success.
  • Define equipment specifications required for the project and establish frameworks for tracking project metrics and data collection.
  • Develop field test procedures and quality monitoring methods to ensure project compliance with relevant codes, standards, policies, and specifications.

Requirements:

3+ years of solid civil construction experience

Consistent work history

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Experience with projects of $10MM or more is advantageous

Strong background in civil construction

Hands-on experience is a bonus
