Compassionate Caregiver Wanted for Hospice LPN Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at Amedisys, a leading provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care.

About the Role

As a Hospice LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families by providing much-needed care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit
  • Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques
  • Review all medications and perform a medication reconciliation at each visit
  • Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using the aseptic technique
