We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our accounting team at AcctPositions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Verify Customer Accounts: Ensure accuracy and completeness in billing customer accounts by reviewing records and accounts.
  • Process Refunds and Adjustments: Process refunds, billing adjustments, and credits as needed due to changing data within the account.
  • Respond to Billing Inquiries: Respond to billing inquiries and requests from clients via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support Accounting Department: Provide support to the accounting department with data entry, invoice generation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with Account Reconciliations: Assist with account reconciliations, billing reconciliations, and other financial reporting tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to clients and address their concerns effectively.
