Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Integration & Issue Resolution:
    • Oversee and troubleshoot new publisher integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding and functionality.
    • Collaborate closely with publishers to address any technical challenges associated with ad operations, VAST tags, and related technologies.
  • Partnership Growth:
    • Identify and establish new partnerships with publishers to broaden our network.
    • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance existing publisher integrations, maximizing performance and revenue.
  • Expertise in Ad Operations:
    • Leverage your practical experience in ad operations to assist publishers and internal teams.
    • Ensure all ad serving and programmatic solutions are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency & Implementation:
    • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of VAST tags and their application.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, particularly in header bidding.
    • Engage with partners to discuss the merits and limitations of header bidding and other programmatic solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work in conjunction with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to align on objectives and deliverables.
    • Maintain effective communication with external partners, providing exceptional support and nurturing strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Executive (AE) or Business Development (BD) role, ideally within a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) or a comparable organization working with publishers.
  • Hands-on experience in advertising operations, particularly in troubleshooting and integrating new publisher solutions.
  • Strong understanding of VAST tags and their role in ad serving.
  • Proven track record in expanding publisher integrations and forming new partnerships.
  • Familiarity with header bidding and the capability to discuss its advantages and disadvantages.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
