Job Title: Asset Recovery Specialist

At Benchmark CU Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify outstanding payments and communicating with consumers regarding the collection of those funds.

The ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with limited supervision. We estimate the salary for this position to be between $42,400 - $49,280 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly pay from $19 - $22.

Responsibilities:
  • Review accounts to collect and negotiate overdue payments
  • Research member information and historical data on accounts
  • Communicate with members regarding overdue accounts
  • Collect payments and provide full resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account status and collection efforts
  • Report on collection activity and present to management
