Job Overview

Benchmark CU Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Asset Recovery Professional to join our team.

Salary Range

$19-$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly, totaling an estimated $39,296 - $45,344 annually for 40 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing accounts to identify outstanding payments, researching member information and historical data on accounts, communicating with members regarding overdue accounts, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate documentation of account status and collection efforts.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar position is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
