Key Responsibilities- Conduct test, evaluation, and audit activities to ensure the quality and effectiveness of systems.
- Verify and validate requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports to document system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop schedules and program plans.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support safety analyses by taking notes, recording actions, and writing safety documentation.
- Provide expertise in safety risk management and train others on policy and process.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet contract, company, and departmental goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of FAA systems, procedures, and air traffic control.
- Knowledge of safety, safety risk management, and test and evaluation of systems.
- Ability to pass a Federal background investigation.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project).
