Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for plant modifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex engineering problems.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and field support activities to ensure successful implementation of modifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Master's degree in Engineering may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of engineering experience for Nuclear Engineer I, 2-4 years of experience for Nuclear Engineer II.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nuclear experience for Nuclear Engineer II.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Proficient in engineering theories and principles.
  • Proficient in project management principles.
  • Experience in the utility industry.
Working Conditions:

Typically an office environment with some work in the plant to conduct system walkdowns and field support of modification implementation.

Travel Requirements:

5-15% of the time.
