Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Integration Solutions: Develop and implement integration solutions that meet the requirements of our clients, leveraging deep knowledge of integration technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize Integration Pipelines: Analyze and troubleshoot integration pipelines to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and Maintain Integration Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of integration solutions, including technical specifications, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration and 7+ years of total IT experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with integration platforms such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, AIS, etc., as well as API, HTTP, SOAP protocols, JSON structure and manipulation, XML and transformations, database and SQL proficiency, JOLT, and Digibee (preferred).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex implementation processes and technology to non-experts and other IT peers.
- Design Architecture Solutions: Experience with designing architecture solutions using C4D or similar.
- Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze pipelines' performance by interpretation of data provided using metrics.
- Technical Risk Management: Strong track record of identifying, mitigating, and strategically addressing technical risks, drawing from a wealth of experience.
- Data Standards Development: Experience in developing data standards for maintaining clean data across integration platforms.
