Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the continued expansion of the deceased and living donor kidney program
  • Develop and implement strategies for clinical excellence and team-based patient management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Recruit and mentor talented surgeons and support staff
Requirements
  • Board certification by the American Board of Surgery
  • Fellowship training in transplant surgery or related field
  • 5+ years of post-fellowship clinical experience
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
