About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Care Associate to join our team at Saint Francis Hospital in Connecticut. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect and report patient information and data
  • Assist with daily living activities for patients, including personal hygiene, diet, and mobility
  • Patient Transport
  • Collection of specimens
  • Distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms
  • Deliver ice and beverages to patients
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: BLS certification required
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute care setting preferred
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Compensation and Benefits
