We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. As a Clinical Services Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Outpatient and Inpatient departments.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain psycho-social assessments and conduct family/group therapy on assigned cases
- Complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure
- Coordinate discharge planning and assist in developing and maintaining community resource information
- Perform marketing functions as assigned and assist in maintaining the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security
- Ensure good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care and participate in continuing education activities

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences and be licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP). One to three years of inpatient behavioral health work experience is preferred.
