We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Inpatient Therapist to join our team at The Brook Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide family and group therapy to assigned cases, including obtaining psychosocial assessment information, referral source contact, and discharge planning.
- Obtain psychosocial assessment information, EDO assessments, and reports.
- Ensure that therapies conducted are consistent with the goals and philosophies of the program, and supportive of each patient's individual treatment plan.
- Document discharge planning and complete and sign the discharge contract.
- Assure there is a clinical therapy note in chart one time weekly, if not conducting family therapy.
- Complete group notes in a timely manner.
- Complete all treatment plans in a timely manner, and include all required clinical services objectives.
- Serve as Case Manager for assigned cases.
- Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences.
- Licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
- Preferred: One year inpatient behavioral health work experience.
