Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Network team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults 18 years and older.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including telephone triage, medication administration, and minor laboratory testing.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise LPNs and Ambulatory Techs as assigned.
- Participate in unit/service activities, support co-workers, and assess unit needs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
- Active New York State RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience.
