Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and add-on additional merchandise to enhance the guest's experience
  • Patrol the store to prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, and communicate them to the appropriate individuals
  • Complete assigned duties and tasks, including maintaining schedule flexibility and following company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate in a PC environment
  • Must meet licensing requirements where applicable
