Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our iOS Homepage Team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile shopping experience.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the development and optimization of the iOS platform's homepage features, driving innovation and excellence in user experience. You will work closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in leading development efforts, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing complex features and functionalities for the iOS platform's homepage, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code through best practices and modern development methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
