Position OverviewWe are currently in search of a talented and diverse Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in challenging projects and become an integral part of a well-established technical group.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee project execution, including priority setting and objective development.
- Manage project finances while being actively involved in the design process.
- Serve as a technical resource for a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in project engineering and management, effectively handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain successful interactions with clients and team members.
- Participate in professional society activities.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in site development, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and permitting.
- Proven experience managing diverse site development projects and collaborating with clients.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software, hydrology, and hydraulic software is advantageous.
