LPN Home Health Job Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As a home health LPN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with prescribed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop interventions

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
