The ideal candidate should be adept at onsite work, possess experience in commercial projects, particularly within the wastewater sector, and be proficient in Revit Software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs, estimates, surveys, and technical specifications for commercial construction projects.
  • Design and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for construction teams.
  • Conduct site surveys, reviews, field observations, and client informational reports, while facilitating meetings with architects, facility owners, and team members.
  • Prepare electrical designs and illustrations utilizing Revit.
  • Collaborate on complex projects to develop comprehensive illustrations and designs.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, metrics, and accountability for projects.
  • Maintain effective communication and work collaboratively with other teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with an ETI or PE certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in design within the commercial construction and engineering sectors, along with familiarity in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and collaboration with contractors, architects, and wastewater professionals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Revit and its reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, with the ability to communicate effectively with commercial property owners, vendors, regulatory bodies, and team members regarding electrical design and wastewater treatment plans.
  • Experience in managing construction-related RFIs with specific field commitments.
  • Seeking candidates with expertise in wastewater, industrial projects, and fire alarm design.
  • Working knowledge of NECS, requirements, JUA, Competitive Bid Procedures, and NFPA certifications.
  • Preferred experience in Power Distribution, current NEC, IECC standards, as well as OSHA and ETAP design.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not available.
