Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Coordinator will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our property’s facilities.

  • Manage and oversee the processing of work order requests.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of work orders.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the facilities team and external contractors.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and manage reordering as necessary.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all buildings and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across the property.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Strong skills in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
