Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver superior customer service and achieve sales objectives.
  • Guide customers in choosing eyewear products, offering expert advice and tailored recommendations.
  • Dispense eyewear, ensuring proper fit and alignment for customer satisfaction.
  • Advise on specific lenses, coatings, and frames to meet individual customer needs.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized sales environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to work towards becoming a Licensed Optician.

Employment Details:
Type: Part-Time Year-Round
Compensation: $20 - $27/hour plus commissions

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Genuine interest in eyewear fashion and trends.
