Core Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Commercial Lines clients and their respective policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high account retention rates.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Prepare insurance quotes, manage renewals, and create customer proposals.
- Process endorsements, issue necessary insurance documentation, and assist clients with claims.
- Utilize each client interaction as an opportunity for education and potential upselling.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Property & Casualty License is required, or willingness to obtain one within the first year of employment.
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, preferably within an independent agency.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills; experience with AMS 360 is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
