Job Title: Commercial Analytics Intern

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, is seeking a Commercial Analytics Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer 2025 immersive & transformative internship experience.

About the Role

The Commercial Analytics Intern will assist in various projects and/or operations support roles in the Marketing department. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting to execute consumer analytics & reporting to support cross-functional partners
  • Aid in answering short-term and long-range strategic business questions and analyze marketplace performance to discover insights used to help meet PCB business goals
  • Create compelling, fact-based stories using syndicated sales data, household panel data, shopper card data, and other consumer research (Nielsen, IRI)
  • Help maintain integrity and structure of various databases
  • Present findings & plan recommendations to Marketing Leadership Team, including the Chief Marketing Officer
Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing or Analytics at an institution with an accredited program graduating December 2025 or May 2026. Proven leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required. Strong written and oral communication skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative to identify areas of opportunity and take action. A high level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool is also required.
