Key Responsibilities- Financial Risk Management: Implement sound credit and collection procedures to minimize financial risk and ensure favorable cash flow.
- Credit Evaluation: Evaluate customer financial risk to establish payment terms and credit limits in line with company policy and risk profile.
- Collection and Negotiation: Negotiate settlements, propose settlements, or collections from customers, attorneys, or collection agencies as necessary.
- Team Management: Manage a team of analysts performing customer collections and cash application.
- Performance Analysis: Complete quarterly analysis and estimation for bad debt accruals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of related experience in credit or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of infor LX, Oracle, and Salesforce; advanced knowledge of Excel; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
