Front Desk Representative Job Description

In this exciting role with Chautauqua Hotel Co. Inc., you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel front desk.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • You will welcome each hotel guest with energy and positivity, serving as an information center by sharing knowledge of Chautauqua Institution and the historic Athenaeum Hotel.
  • Key responsibilities also include checking guests in/out of the hotel, printing gate, theater, or opera tickets, selling hotel rooms, making reservations, and operating the POS system.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital in this role, as you will need to address guest requests and concerns immediately and professionally.

About Your Compensation:

Your estimated hourly wage for this position is between $17 and $19, based on your experience and qualifications.
