Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager IV - Commercial Banking is a key role within the Bank of Oklahoma, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with middle-market privately owned businesses. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial underwriting approval processes, as well as advanced knowledge of wealth management products, treasury services, and deposit offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities to expand the bank's commercial lending portfolio.
- Partner with credit to analyze and evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments, and recommend appropriate risk ratings and issue declinations.
- Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal, review of financial statements, and collateral valuations.
- Compile reporting to monitor asset, credit quality, and compliance with policy and regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years of equivalent experience.
