Our facility offers a cozy environment with only 20 residents, allowing for personalized attention and flexible scheduling.

The Residential Care Manager, in collaboration with the Licensed Assisted Living Director, plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of a 20-resident community and overseeing the staff within it. The primary focus of the Residential Care Manager is to guarantee that residents' needs are met while providing staff with the necessary resources to deliver outstanding services.

The Residential Care Manager will be tasked with:

  • Working approximately 40 hours per week, with a combination of shifts across multiple buildings and office hours, including an on-call schedule.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule that includes floor shifts (6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am) and office hours (8am-4:30pm).
  • Training, guiding, and supervising staff in service delivery to residents, ensuring compliance with Cherrywood Advanced Living policies and procedures.
  • Ordering groceries and supplies to ensure staff have the necessary resources to provide exceptional services.
  • Overseeing building maintenance, upkeep, suite exchanges, and overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborating with the Licensed Assisted Living Director to ensure the overall success of the 20-resident community.

Qualifications:

  • PCA or CNA certification, along with relevant experience (required)
  • Experience in a leadership or management role (preferred)
  • Availability for variable hours from 6am-6:30pm when not on-call, including participation in an on-call rotation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a customer-focused culture, promote a positive work environment, and provide exceptional care to residents.
