  • Engage in the development, execution, and enforcement of processes, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Work alongside teams to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement in metrics, processes, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Draft and revise documentation related to processes, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Investigate and address internal customer inquiries.
  • Conduct research and respond to questions from various organizational sectors.
  • Participate in billing system modifications, releases, and upgrades.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English.
  • 1-3 years of experience with billing system platforms.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to work with SQL.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Proven research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork that encourages communication and cooperation.
