Key Responsibilities:
Resident Services:
- Develop and implement exceptional standards for memory care services.
- Collaborate with residents to assess their needs and ensure appropriate services are provided.
- Conduct evaluations for new residents and assist with their transition into the community.
- Provide direct care as needed, ensuring all resident care is documented accurately.
- Monitor and report any significant changes in resident health or behavior.
- Facilitate regular meetings with residents and their families to address concerns and needs.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Team Leadership:
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Inspire staff to achieve their best performance and support their professional growth.
- Ensure all team members receive necessary training and certifications.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet the needs of residents.

Administrative Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all company and state regulations.
- Work with management to maintain financial stability and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of resident care and departmental documentation.
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and provide management reports.

Qualifications:
- Preferred current LPN/LVN or RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of state-required dementia training.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in assisted living or related fields.
- Familiarity with medication administration and personal care is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a departmental budget effectively.
- Experience with electronic care systems is a plus.
