Pharmacist (Healthcare Specialist)

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy consulting services to patients, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized advice on medication usage and disease management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, and facilitate communication between patients and medical providers as needed.
- Conduct thorough reviews of prescribed medications, identifying potential interactions, contraindications, and side effects, and communicate these findings to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medication dispensing, and counseling sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice as a pharmacist in the state of residence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medication information and identify potential issues.
