Sales Growth Specialist

Ryder System, a leading innovator in outsourced solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for our electric vehicle solutions.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $60,000 - $61,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.
About the Role- Educate and develop customers' interests in our services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.
- Develop sales plans and analyze the profitability of accounts, taking into account competitive influences and risks within each account.
- Foster strong professional relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors, while working independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more of demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities.
